Jeffrey Elston, HBA, MSc
My career has had two major driving interests. I have always been motivated to help people to do and be better. By working with people in communities and hospitals, I learned that systems and processes need to change to help people. I studied best practices for transformational change in the MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program. This was game changing. Understanding how to question assumptions and create new business models to disrupt industry, and how to create new products and services to meet specific unspoken customer demands in the market was exceptional. Although most of my career has been in improving healthcare in hospital and community settings, I have strong interest and knowledge in technology, food and beverage, and creative industries.
